The challenge
How can you make POS allocation so accurate it gets all 240 stores in line with what’s needed while slashing the costs of equipping them?

That was the challenge set by one digital broadcasting client, who also asked us to deliver sales aids, store communications and planograms to prioritise messages and meet stores’ unique requirements.

What we did
We like information – so we gathered lots on the hardware, layout and location of each store. Then we tested what we’d learned so the client could check and approve it.

Rock-solid accuracy was essential, so all details were entered into our data management system twice, and used to process customised store packs and planograms.

The big benefits
With POS compliance on the up and off-brand materials completely banished, there’s now full and accurate store profile information available too. So scaling out accurately, or customising POS – perhaps for a campaign in a specific digital switchover region – is pretty much effortless.
