Global informal dining

A flavour to savour
POS success opens other opportunities in dining chain

The challenge
Twelve years is an impressive stretch for any client relationship. So it was great to continue it with a chance to tender for POS print management and fulfilment for 1,200 restaurants. But how could we do it and deliver best market value?

What we did
That’s where our campaign management tool came in: grinding the profiling and allocation data, and, combined with our technical, competitive approach, making the whole process more efficient.

We even camped out in our client’s head office, backed by project management, procurement, technical, logistics and call centre teams back home, to introduce digital, personalised products like store-specific POS.

And, with confidence brimming all round, we also won the chance to manage in-house design, corporate and operational print, plus non-print media such as in-store digital displays.

The big benefits
From a 30% drop in management fees upfront, the client today pays less than 50% for the service and products they need compared with 2001 – savings we prove with regular reports from a dashboard tool.
