The challenge
When a popular high street maternity, toy and education retailer asked us to manage all POS, catalogues and publications used to support its sales force, the first challenge was to determine the burning priorities and best structure for our service.
What we did
With the ink already dry or drying on most publications, the POS and need for store profiling seemed most pressing – and we completed the latter in just two months. The accurate data it delivered helped us whip up a revised allocation process and, by combining our skills with those of our own and client-preferred suppliers, deliver the best-value product.
