The perfect medicine

The challenge
One of our big pharmaceutical clients presents at major conferences, promoting the drugs they’ve spent years and millions of pounds developing.

For one particular event in Paris, the company had four creative agencies creating a whole load of material. In total, they needed the equivalent of 170,000 sheets of A4 paper and 34 different items of large-format signage. Equivalent to 1.5 tonnes!

Oh, and to make matters even more complicated, the artwork was ready on Thursday and Friday and it all needed to be in Paris by Monday! Good job they got us on board...

What we did
For starters, we brought cool, calm heads to the table.
We were there to give our client the reassurance that this
huge task could be done.

We worked closely with the agencies and all the proofing was done online. This enabled the clients to sign off proofs quickly and efficiently.

We booked time at the printers using our own 24/7 facilities
as well as trusted suppliers. Keeping clients aware of what’s going on at all times is vital, so firm deadlines were made
– and kept to.

One of our reps was at the conference in order to coordinate all the material as it arrived in Paris on the Monday without a hitch. We even had time for a quick croissant!

The big benefits
Our clients needed a lot of printing done in a very short time. But that didn’t phase us. Through close collaboration with all parties involved, we were able to coordinate a plan of action and meet those deadlines.

The client trusted us to get it done and that’s what we did.
