The challenge
When a client wanted to shift from five UK pricing tiers to unique pricing in 1,200 stores to suit their local market and competitor prices, it meant producing individual artwork and printing for each site – at massive cost, time and risk using traditional methods.

What we did
We scoped out, designed and implemented an automated artwork and data-management module specifically to handle these intense levels of data and image-processing tasks. And we splashed out on the latest large format digital printing technology to ensure highly customised POS could be produced faster, with gobsmacking quality.

The big benefits
It’s amazing what a process change can do. Each store now gets the right POS with the right prices, to an accuracy level of 99.0245%. And the icing on the cake is the new approach costs no more than the old one, delivers easier-to-install customer materials, and there’s enhanced transparency of the entire process.
