To bring our data management and automated artwork expertise to bear on the in-store POS demands of our client – ensuring accuracy while cutting the cost and their need to get involved.

What we did
First, we uploaded all necessary assets into a digital asset management module, optimising them for use in a solution workflow. Then we worked with the National Marketing team to understand and effectively replicate the logic behind their requirements.

From them, we devised a way to get the data to ourselves with minimal disruption or change at the client end, where today they can submit a data file to us and receive a PDF proof of over 500 pieces of artwork within just one hour.

The big benefits
With the time taken to create artwork slashed by 99%, the cost dropped by a staggering 80%. Stores receive POS in pre-sorted packs for quick, easy and accurate display, and there’s been zero failure or non-conformance on production and delivery since we started.
